Pineapple Cloud Pie
1 (20 oz) can Crushed Pineapple w/Juice 1 (1 oz) pkg Instant Lemon Pudding 1 (8 oz) pkg Cool Whip 1 (11 oz) can Mandarin Oranges, drained 9" Prepared Graham Cracker Crust 1 Egg, beaten and spread on crust |
Bake pie crust at 350 degrees for 5 min. Combine crushed pineapple with lemon pudding mix by beating by hand until well mixed. Gently stir in cool whip and drained oranges. Pour mix into prepared pie crust. Arrange 3 orange slices on top as a garnish. Chill 8 hours. |
